We provide information and tools. We don't send messages on your behalf, represent you legally, or guarantee any outcomes from your civic participation.

Acceptable Use

  • Learn about safeguards
  • Share the tool with others

You May Not

  • Send spam, threats, or harassment
  • Generate illegal content
  • Misrepresent yourself
  • Hack or disrupt the service
  • Scrape for commercial use

We reserve the right to block access for anyone who violates these terms.

Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep our data accurate:

However, we can't guarantee 100% accuracy. Laws change. Districts get redrawn. Officials leave office. If you find an error, let us know and we'll fix it.

Your Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

Our Content: The text, design, code, and data compilations on this site are owned by FederalLimits.org or used under license. You may share and link to our content for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Generated Messages: Messages generated by our tool are yours to use however you want. No attribution required.

User Contributions: If you submit content (comments, feedback, suggestions), you grant us permission to use it to improve the service.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to support the project. They are:

Donation tiers include benefits (stickers, shirts, etc.) which we'll make reasonable efforts to fulfill. Benefits are secondary to the charitable purpose of supporting civic infrastructure.
