We collect almost nothing. We don't require accounts. We don't store your address. We don't track which messages you send. Your privacy is the whole point.
ZIP Code: Used to identify your representatives. Not stored after your session ends.
Street Address (if needed): Some ZIP codes span multiple districts. If we need your address to identify your exact representatives, it's used only for that real-time lookup. We do not store your address.
Representative Data: Fetched from our API in real time. We don't log which representatives you looked up.
Email Address: Stored separately from the main tool. Used only for project updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Payment Information: Processed by our payment provider (Stripe via Open Collective). We don't see or store your credit card number. Donation records are kept for tax and transparency purposes.
Name (optional): If you opt into our supporters page, your name may be displayed. Otherwise, donations can be anonymous.
Basic Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics (no cookies, no tracking across sites) to understand aggregate usage patterns — how many people use the tool, which states are most active. We don't track individual users.
Server Logs: Standard server logs may temporarily record IP addresses for security purposes. These are automatically deleted within 30 days.
